Kimberly Maggard is Team Lead Programmatic Advertising at factor-a. In 2017 she moved from the Search Team to Programmatic and has since built up the DSP Campaign Strategy and Management division at factor-a. With the help of her team, she helps over 50 brands increase their Amazon sales through programmatic advertising.
Lara Müller has helped build factor-a from day one. Since 2020, she has been part of the Amazon agency’s management team as an Operations Director. Along the way, she has managed numerous client projects and become one of the leading experts in Amazon content optimization. Lara knows exactly how brands present their products in the best possible way on the platform. Her expertise extends far beyond the borders of Europe as she also specializes in markets such as China, India, Japan and the USA. As Operations Director, she makes the work of the various factor-a departments measurable through KPI frameworks and ensures that resources are deployed in a targeted and sustainable manner to bring out the best performance for her clients.
